MIlton Keynes Film Network

This is where filmmakers from Milton Keynes and the surrounding  region get to meet up, collaborate, test screen their films and get critical feedback from fellow filmmakers.  You may be a student or have left university or an amateur or a professional filmmaker

Monthly networking sessions are at MK Gallery Events Space, MK9 3PX

Milton Keynes Film Network (MKFN) was set up in 2009 and is an important strand of ICMK’s work.

MKFN brings together independent filmmakers from the region to promote collaboration.

This is what the network does:

  • Training and workshops: MKFN runs courses that aim to respond to the needs of filmmakers in the region.
  • Running an annual 48 hour film challenge
  • Promoting MK as a place to film and making it easy for filmmakers to find crew and facilities.
  • Promoting wider opportunities for training across the UK.
  • Running networking events with talks from industry professionals.
  • Providing a platform for filmmakers through Network Shorts screening events.
